WEIR IS NOW HANDLING WHIMSICAL. Saratoga, N. Y., August 24. Whimsical, Mortl-boy and others that have been running in the name of their trainer, T. J. Gaynor, all summer will be handled in future by Frank Weir, tbe latter taking charge Wednesday morning by order of the owner. One of the first things Weir did was to declare .Whimsical out of all her engagements.
