MAINTENON WINS ANOTHER STAKE. W. K. Vanderbilts horse Malntenon added another to his list of victories in France, Sunday. He won the 10,000 Royal Oak prize of about 15,000 at the Longchamps meeting. The distance was one mile and ,seven furlongs. Maintenons time was 3:375. The feature of his performance was that the race was run on a muddy track, after two days rain, and on the same Bols de Boulogne track where he suffered humiliating defeat earlier in the season. Doubtful and Japonals, two other of Mr. Vanderbilts horses, ran unplaced at Longchamps Sunday.
