KATHERINE C. DIES AT SACRAMENTO. The two-year-old bay filly Katherine C, by Marius II. Aya, which was a winner at the recent Seattle meeting, is dead. She was the property of A, C. Dunlap of Los Angeles and it was his intention to race her at Ascot Park the coming winter. At the close of the Seattle meeting Mr. Dunlap shipped his horses to Sacramento. The filly was injured in transit and died at the latter place on September 11.
