January 15.— -Local authorities of the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children have served notice upou the officials of Ascot Park to cease allowing .jockeys under sixteen years of age to lie employed at the track or prose-e cutions will be instituted. The society declares that a recent investigation disclosed that several of the l oys riding here are under the limit of sixteen years established by law.
