TO BUY THE ASHEY TRACK. An effort is being made by a number of intluential sportsmen in the Isle of Wight to form a syndicate to purchase the race course as Ashey, and adapt it as a sports centre for the island. It is proposed to hold the usual spring race meeting at the end of April and an extra two days racing at the end of November.
