FANTASTIC WINS WINDSOR FEATURE. Jacomo, Winner of the Frontier Stakes, Is Second Dr. Heard Takes Steeplechase. Detroit, Mich., June 22. The weather was hot and the counter attractions in the city did not keep a good crowd from crossing to the Canadian side to witness the running of a card of seven races which had for its feature the Windsor Selling Stakes worth ,150 to the winner. The Goldblatt entry. Fantastic and Matabon, ruled equal favorites with the Frontier Stakes winner, Jacomo. The latters price remained stationary, while that of the entry was backed from twos to 7 to 5 at post time. Denham set a terrific pace for a half mile, after which Fantastic set sail for the pacemaker, assumed command and won by a length from Jacomo. After Full of Fun unseated his rider at the eleventh jump, Dr. Heard had no trouble in winning the steeplechase handicap by five lengths from Sam Parmer. Iinboden, at 40 to 1, and Buxom, at 15 to 1, were the winning long shots.
