BUXTON TO RIDE FOR CAHILL. New York, September 2. Jockey Buxton, the diminutive lightweight who has been rliling "with considerable success at Seattle has been signed by William Cahill and Is now on hisway east. Scotty Ferguson, owner of the Fleur de Lis Stable, from whom Cahill secured Buxtons contract, is accompanying the lad on his Journey. Buxton can ride at seventy-five pounds. Ferguson, it is understood, won heavily at Seattle and is comingeast to pick up three or-four good horses to race at Oakland.
