BALDWIN IS AT ARCADIA. Los Angeles, Cal., September 2. "Lucky" Baldwin lias returned to his" ranch from Lake Taboo and is awaiting the arrival of George Rose, who is expected here in a day or two from the east. That "there will be no racing at Ascot Park this winter and that a meeting will be opened at Arcadia Thanksgiving Day under the auspices or a new organization in which Baldwin. Rose and Barney Sclirelber will be the chief stockholders, is generally understood and it is .expected that details will be forthcoming within a week.
