BEAUMONTS APPROACHING MEETING. Beaumont. Tex., November 14. From all indications the twelve-days race meeting to be given here by the Beaumont Racing Association, beginning November 23, and ending: December 5. will prove as successful as the other meetings held la Texas! Captain John Yost, secretary of the racing association, says the prospects for a successful meeting were never better, and that they will have all the horses that they can accommodate. "I expect two carloads next Monday to come from Shreveport and Now Orleans," said he. "and I have the assurance from nearly every owner that is racing at Houston that they will come over and race with us. Our track was never in better condition than it is right now and I am sure that all the horsemen will be pleased with it. I am certain we are going to have one of the best meetings we ever had, and consider that we are in great luck in securing the services of Hart Dernham to act as racing secretary."
