CRESCENT CITY JOCKEY CLUBS CHARTER. New Orleans. La.. April 16. — Following its reorganization several months ago. the charter of the Crescent City Jockey Club, which succeeded the old association, which was liquidated, was filed today. The capital stock is placed at 00,000. of which 0,000 is paid in. This, according to the charter, enables the club to be a going concern. The stockholders in the new company are: Alex. Brewster. J. B. Harrison. George C. Bennett, Louis A. Cella. John Condon. C. A. Field. Sam W. Adler. fifty shares each: John M. Hachmeister. one share, and Louis A. Cella additionally forty-nine shares.
