BUTTES PROGRAM READY. General Manager Harry Stover has distributed among the horsemen at Oakland the program poor for the initial week of the summer meeting at Rutte. which begins July 3. The book provides for seven races daily, with purses of 00 each, with the exception of several overnight handicaps of the value of 00 and 00. It has been decided to have no closed stakes, but to depend upon overnight handicaps to keep the better class of horses engaged.
