NO INTERFERENCE WITH LATONIA. Lexington. Ky.. Mav 21.— The Stat.- Racing Commission met here today to discuss witli its atloi neys the status of the case no.v pending in the Court of Appeals. All the members were present except C. F. Grainger of Louisville. This injunction holds until dissolved by tlie Court of Apie-als. J.
