May 24.— John Bachsat Inter has arrived here from Louisville, and the same train thai brought him carried Colonel Matt Winn and l.vma.i Davis to New York City, where they will L-et out the stakes for the summer meeting at the Empire City track. Colonel Winn, iu an Interview, -aid that he was peased with the outcome of the Louisville meeting, and that a fall meeting limited iu length is a sure thing at Louisville.
