ELLISON PLANNING TO GO ABROAD: Hot Springs. Ark.. June 29— C. R. Ellison, whose sale of Royal Tourist. Jacobite and Westburv to G. W. Carniack. of Cincinnati, a day or two ago marked his retirement from the American turf as an owner ot race horses, has been here for several weeks. He announced today that he will leave for Germany shortly. It is likely that be will bnv some horses to carry his colors on the European tracks.
