CONTROVERSY OVER WEIGHT. Cincinnati ».. June 2!. — Al Muller was entitled to a five-pound allowance in his race of yesterday, but this was not claimed at the time of entry. called for by the rules. That made bis weferfcl 100. Before the program was printed the claim was made and the weight changed to 104. This was objected to and the matter was thereupon referred to Judge Price, who decided that Al Muller must carry 100 pounds, which he did.
