PLAUDIT COMING BACK TO AMERICA. New York. July 2. John Madden lias decided to recall Plaudit, the Himyar Cinderella stallion to whom the American turf is indebted for King James, from France. Plaudit was sent abroad last fall when racing on this side of tlie Atlantic looked rather uncertain. Mr. Madden thought at the time of getting a stud together in France, as Herman B. Duryea and Mr. Belmont were planning to do. Since tlie development by King James of championship form, the Kentuckian lias decided that Plaudit will be more useful to him at Hamburg Place.
