TO HELP OUT STRANDED HORSEMEN. Paducah. Ky.. July 9. For the benefit of the large number of horsemen that came here for the twenty-one days meeting called off yesterday, the Paducah Fair Association lias arranged to hold races today and tomorrow. The program consists of five 1 running races each day, with no entrance fees.
