. - , ; THIRTY LEADING FOUR-YEAR-OLDS AMD OVER Except in the case of King James, the horses that are four-year-olds and over do not show the accumulations of money won that would have beeu the case two years back: nor can so many really high-class horses be mustered. The many expatriates now in the Kcene, Belmont and Whitney strings in England constitute a serious loss for the time being. So far as money earned is concerned. King James is a whole class by himself. Nadzu and Booger Red do not begin to class with such horses as Stanley Fay, Resti-gouche. Kings Daughter and Jack Alk in. yet fortune has favored them nnd they are second and third as inoiipv winners and well in advance of the horses named. Still, leaving King James out, the difference between Nadzu in second place and Ida May in last place among the thirty leaders is not very great and bints of an equitable division of money among those, able to race well enough to give them rank among the better class horses of the time. The relative standing of the thirty leading fouryear-olds and over is as follows: Horse. Ace. Pedigree. Owner. Sts. 1st. 2d. 3d Unp. Won. Klug James 4 Plaudit Unsightly .-.S. C.
