CELT TRAINING "WELL AT SARATOGA. New York, July 24. It is reasonably certain that Celt will get to the mist in the Saratoga Handicap on the opening at the Spa. Trainer James Kowe was content to breeze him slow halves for a fortnight following his defeat in the Brooklyn, but mine two weeks before the Keeue stalde departed for Saratoga Celt was galloping miles. Reports from the Springs indicate that he has shown no new signs of lameness and that he is galloping satisfactorily.
