TALK OF NEW MONTREAL TRACK. Montreal, Que.. July 21. Quite a flurry of excitement was .recently caused by an announcement that a new million-dollar racing plant would be established on Uros Bois Island, a few miles down . the. river St. Lawrence and delightfully convenient to ibis city. The story read well on paper and all details were filled in, even to the prohaidu day of opening of the new, Coney Island of eastern Canada. Joseph Gravel, whose name was used in connection with the story, "admitted that a track project was in contemplation,, but declares that not a single detail has been decided upon, and will not be until a meeting of the company now being organized is held, when some conclusion will lie reached as to the disposition Of the property. Mr. Gravel purchased the island a short while ago:
