BR0LASKI SEEKS REVERSAL OF ACTION. Washington, D. C. August 10. Harry Hrolaski has arrived in Washington from the City of Mexico to urge oil the State Department reconsideration of its action in asking Mexico to stop horse racing at Tia Juaua. Mexico acted promptly on representations from acting Secretary of State Wilson, and Hrolaski now wants the State Department to save his investment by reversing it. He says he lias two lawyers coining to argue his case. Hrolaski declares that he will be allowed to do anything at Tia Juana but race horses. He asserts that he can run roulette, faro or anything else he wishes to. but he wants also the privilege of horse racing. To that end he will assault the State Department as soon as his legal battery can be got into action.
