PLANS FOR HENDERSON MEETING. Henderson, Ivy., August 10. The plans of the management of the fifteen days meeting which will open here August 21. under the auspices of the Albuquerque Fair and Racing Association, include the building of a local mile track on whicli to conduct spring and fall meetings of from ten to fifteen days duration. Hooks will he in operation, as on the Canadian circuit. The opening day program will have a 00 handicap as a feature. There will be six races daily, with purses ranging from 50 to $::00. There are stabling accommodations at the track for :!00 horses. T. Hatfield. .1. T. Combs. W. U. Hall. Julius Patterson. P. It. Welch and William Hall are already on hand with their horses for the meeting and several carloads of racers are expected from Canada;
