The parlay won, being made on horses "in sight" and posted In the pool room. J. II. O., Covington, Ky. The bookmaker should return the money bet as a penalty for his own stupidity in accepting it. if for no other reason. And W., Louisville, Ky. The bet on Beaucoup was a draw. No bookmaker has a right to make a bet for a patron without his knowledge antl consent. Ed It.. Louisville, Ky. In Saturdays racing all bets made away from the track on BeaucOup were made on him to run in the sixth race, whether it was. so stipulated or not. Backers and layers alike only knew of his being in that race antl made or accepted bets on him, having that race only in tlieir minds. When he was scratched from that race all such bets at once became draws, and did not follow and attach to him again in a race of which nobodv concerned had any knowledge. Parlays which Included Beaucoup are void as to him antl stand as to the other horses.
