JOCKEYS RIDING FOR CUP HONORS. Victoria. 15. C-. August 10. The jockeys riding here are competing this week for a silver cup which will be presented by the Victoria Country Club to the D03- making the best showing during this, the closing week of the Victoria meeting. Each winning mount will score three points, a second will count two points, and a third one .point. In case of a tie score the cup will-be awarded to the jockey having the largest number of winners to his credit during tlie week.
