SARATOGA MEETING BEST OF YEAR. Saratoga. N. Y.. August 27. Francis R. Hitch- I cock, former president of the Saratoga Association, who is now treasurer of the Coney Island Jockey Club, has returned to New York. Mr. Hitchcock pronounces the Saratoga meeting the best of the year, and predicts that the sessions at Sheepshead Hay, Gravesend and Belinout Park will be equally successful.
