NOTES OF THE TURF. J. W. Mav is iiointing his fast, filly. Turf Star, for the Flatbush. The stables of Jack Rennet. Frank Regan aud II. R. Brandt left Saratoga yesterday tor Gravesend. Jockey J. Malum, who was badly injured in a fall in the steeplechase at Saratoga on Monday, will recover. The stables of C. C. Van Meter, John Hyland and George Odoin have returned, to Sheepshead. Bay from Saratoga.- Trainer Scullv has not started Reybourn at Saratoga because tiie son of Star Shoot pulled up sore after his last race at Yonkers. Reybourn is not sore now. however, and he will be ready to meet all comers at Slieepshead Bay. He will be a starter in the Flatbush.
