TROUBLES OF HENDERSON PROMOTER. Henderson, Ky., August 27. Tim proposed fitteen-davs race meeting of the Albuquerque Fair and Racing Association closed at the end of the fourth days racing, and. according to William Rabb. backer of the meeting, there will be no more racing at this -time, but he states that he will probably cperate a meeting here next year. Attachment suits amounting to between .00 and have been tiled against Kabb. and the association and three banks have been summoned to answer as garnishees. Itabbs cash bond in the hands of the sheriff for ,000 is attached. This bond was for his appearance to answer charges of running a race meeting without a license from the State Racing Commission. C. M. Jaegers, owner of Lady McNaily. sues for a seventy-dollar purse, and W. K. Hall, owner .of Sogaponak. niiS for a sixty-three-dollar purse. Habits name iloes "not appear as one of the Incorporators of the associntlon. Most of the debts sued on are alleged 1 to have been contracted by Secretary J. G. Busscy. who left here suddenly Tuesday night.
