DEVELOPMENTS AT HENDERSON. Henderson. Ky.. August 30. William Rabb. Judge E. II. Caullield and Racing Secretary Sidney Courtln, charged with operating- the race meeting of tlie Albuquerque Fair and Racing Association without license from the State Racing Commission, were in court Saturday and, through their attorneys, demurred to the warrant, alleging that it was defective. Tlie court heard argument on both sides and will hand down his decision in a day or two. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of J. G. Bussey. president and general manager of tlie Albuquerque Fair and Racing Association, charging him with embezzling .00 of the associations fund. He has not been apprehended.
