DEVELOPMENTS IN LAT0NIA TANGLE. Cincinnati." O., September 13. John Hachmelster, personal representative of the Cella-Adler-Tilles interests in the Latonia race track, has -arrived here, and has announced thatCharles F. Price of Louisville will be presiding judge during the- fall meeting at Latonia October 11 to November 0. He. further announced that John "Dillon will be " clerk of the scales. Harvey Myers general manager aiid that lie will himself be in charge of the finances, as usual. This announcement is not pleasing to .Congressman Joseph Rhinock. J. B. Respess and other local stockholders, who have been lehlnd a movement to install Joseph Murphy of St. Louis as presiding judge. It is intimated that Rhinock and. Respess are still disposed to try to upset the program of the Celia faction concerning the officials. It is said that Rhinock and Respess, in order to be sure that Murphy would not refuse the proposed appointment, offered him a salary larger than any ever before paid to a racing official in Kentucky.
