WHY HOUSE IS SELLING OUT. New York. September 1C. Ostend has recovered from the effects of the "night riding" incident in which he figured some ten davs ago and will be one of the horses sold at W. S. Houses sale next week. Other horses to be sold with Ostend include Norbltt. I.awton Wiggins, Iloniecrest, Leveugstou and Moltko. Houses backer has elected to sell out because he is too busy to go to Mexico, and he does not care to winter a big establishment.
