ARCITE AND SIR CLEGES CHANGE HANDS. New York, September 17. Peter Coyne will not take Arclte and Sir Cleges back to Kentucky to race for George J. Long-nt the Churchill Downs meeting. James Rlute has purchased the two sons of Alvescot and hereafter they will bear the silks of E. H. Jennings, the man for whom he purchased Billiard Ball.
