YEARLINGS WORK FAST AT LEXINGTON. Lexington, Ky., September 17. There are about 20o yearlings at the Kentucky Association track and a number of them have been tried out this week. The best work thus far was done by AAr. Showalters chestnut filly, by Stalwart, out of Two Heart. She ran a quarter in 23. Two colts by St. Simonian and a filly by Mazagan. out of Nuns Veiling, all three belonging to J. N. Camden, finished heads apart in 23. A colt by Allan-a-Dale. out of Belle of Ashland, belonging to the McDowell string, went the same distance in 24.
