DENIES EXISTENCE OF AGREEMENT. Cincinnati. 0.. September 29. Harvey Myers, president of the Latonia Jockey Club, declares that he knows nothing of any agreement by which Judge Joseph A. Murphy was to have been employed by the Latonia association for one year. He avers that the management of the track will combat the claim to that effect that Judge Murphy litis filed with the Kentucky Racing Commission lu seeking compensation.
