WINDSOR PROGRAM BOOK IS PUBLISHED. The program book of the coming Windsor fall meeting is out. It provides for eleven days of racing, beginning October 12 aud terminating October 23. No stakes are provided. The racing is to be for purses ranging from 00 lo 1909.sh00 in value. The Windsor meeting is the closing one of the Canadian raeing season. The track is popular with horsemen and Windsor racing is always good and of late years has been up to the best Canadian standard. Being closer to Chicago than any other meeting now given it is quite probable that more than a few Chicago lovers- of racing will find it convenient to visit Detroit at a time coincident with the progress of the Windsor meeting.
