EASTERN STAKES DECLARED OFF. New York, April 24. The Westchester Racing Association has declared off the Belmont. Ladies and Juvenile Stakes, entries to which closed January 1. last. The most recentlv established of these stakes, the Juvenile, was run in 3S74, the Ladies in 1S0S. while the Belmont has been run for forty-four years, beginning in 1S07 at Jerome Park, from 1S90 to 1K5 at Morris Park and thereafter at Belmont Park.
