A1-DEN was crowded back at the start and pulled up. but gradually improved his iwisition and, after being taken to the outside while rounding the far turn, finished fast through the stretch and won going away. JOHN MARRS "went to the front after they had gone a quarter and drew away while rounding the far turn, lint tired in the stretch under punishment. GRANDI5SIMO ran well, but finished in close quarters next to the rail. LUCILLE R. showed early speed, but tired as if short ami was eased up. K1TTERY came fast in the last quarter and finished resolutely. I but could not quite get up. NAUGHTY. ROSE showed the most early speed in the going, but was tiring at f the linish. LIGHTHOUSE caught and passed AMERIQUE while rounding the far turn and was easily best of the others. WEXNA closed a gap and outgamed INFERNO QUEEX in the final drive. The latter ran poorly.
