IIORE IMPROVEMENT AT JUAREZ. El Paso, Jev.. January 29. — In pursuance of Ids well-known policy of constant"- making improvements to provide for the comfort of horsemen and lace patrons General Manager Matt J Winn is about to nnd • :.,.. still further improvements at the .In in x track.
