Trenton, N. .T., April 18. — The New Brook Stables, which will engage in the breeding, raising and dealing in horses for racing and exhibition purposes, was chartered in the office of the secretary of state Saturday with a capitalization of 00,000, divided into 1,000 shares at a par value of 00. The incorporators are Charles Frankel, Katharine C. Elder and Nicholas W. Bliudseil, all of Newark.
