Que-., April 23. — The initial meeting of the recently elected committee of the Cauaelian branch of the Thoroughbred Horse- Association was held at the Windsor Hotel this morning at 10:30 oclock. At this meeting plans for the seasons campaign and other business of importance were taken up.
