WILL WAIT A WHILE IN CALIFORNIA. Secretary J. C. Nealon, secretary of the Golden Gate Thoroughbred Breeders Association, writes Daily Racing Form : "For reasons considered best by our organization, we did not present a racing bill to the California legislature. Our state has become so extremely radical on matters of this kind that we concluded to wait for a couple of years, and in the meantime we hone to educate folks as to the necessity of this class of legislation."
