THIRTY LEADING AMERICAN JOCKEYS. Seemingly this is destined to lie jockey W. Crumps year to shine. To his material ability in the saddle has come the reinforcing confidence born of success and his record to date is exceedingly good. At Lexington last week he made the imposing addition of twelve winning mounts to his score, quite eclipsing his competitors and drawing away from F. Robinson, who had a bad week and only managed to land two winners. P. Lowder was second for the week to Crump in winning mounts, but only added four to his record. T. McTaggart, E. Martin and F. Meriine-e were those credited witii three wins in the course of the week, and the records of the thirty leaders are now: Jockey. Mts. 1st. 2d. 3d. Una, P.C.L.W.
