PLANNING CHANGES FOR SARATOGA New York, September 13. Superintendent Billy Myer of the Belmdnt Park track has just returned from Saratoga, where he had been looking over the track and endeavoring to .decide what treatment Would be best calculated to rehabilitate the old track. While up there and since his return he hud had interviews with R. T. Wilson and Andrew Miller, all of which" were in every way satisfactory- He says that thus far the negotiations ber tween the representatives of the Saratoga Association and himself point to an, early closing of- a contract by which he will become superintendent of the Saratoga track.
