PARTIZAN was hard ridden throughout and. held on gairiely in the final drive. MOOSEHEAD raced in near pursuit of the leaders all the way and, finishing gamely, outstayed PHALARIS at the end. The latter had no mishaps and tired. GOLDEN GLOW ran fairly well. The winner, entered for 00, was bid up to ,500 and bought by A. K. Macomber. Scratched 35006 Bonnies Sister. 112. WAR CLOUD, after being saved behind the leaders in the early running, finished gamply under punishment and was gaining 011 the winner in the closing strides. LADY DOROTHY ran a good nice andinished gamely. LANIUS swerved at the quarter post, but came again under punishment. ENFILADE moved ui. steadily in the homestretch, but tired finally. BLUE THISTLE, after being saved in the early running, moved up rapidly 611 the stretch turn, but was forced wide, then came again and held the others safe for second place. STAR GAZE lacked early speed and came extremely wide, in the homestretch, but closed a big gap With a rush. CANON BRIDGE set the early pace, but quit badly in the last eighth.
