HASTY CORA had a slight advantage at the start, but was takeir back arid saved and, finishing fast, outstayed EL PALOMAR. The latter saved much ground on the funis and would have won in a few strides more. BUSY ALICE closed a big gap and finished fast. ZIM, away poorly, closed a big gap and ran a good race. SAZA-NAMY ran well arid came with a rush through the stretch. INDEPENDENCE finished gamely after suffering from interference. HULL GULL set the pace to the stretch and tired. MISTRESS POLLY closed a big gap. .KATIE CANAL had a rough race.
