JEFFERSON PARK TO OPEN ON NOV. 24 TORONTO, Ont., September 27. G. D. Bryan, who is a dally visitor at Woodbine, received a Avire from A. Rouprich, the local manager of the Jefferson Park course, that everything is in readiness for the opening meeting at New Orleans, Avhich is scheduled for Thanksgiving day. Conditions in New Orleans are in a more satisfactory condition than in many years past.
