LATEST BELGIAN RACING TAX RULES The question of the taxing of race course transactions in Belgium seems to have been settled, Instead of 10 per cent, as originally .proposed by the law, an arrangement has been come to between the finance minister and the Belgian Jockey Club whereby bookmakers, in addition to the tax already paid by them, will have to disburse" 0 per day for betting in the inclosures and 5 per day for betting on the course.
