v MORE ERIE RULINGS AND SUSPENSIONS ERIE, Pa., October 17. At the conclusion of the racing here last Saturday judges Joseph A. Murphy and John Carey issued the following ruling: "For practices detrimental to the best interests of the turf Tony Biscse and John Porter have been denied all privileges, including admission to the grounds of the Erie Driving Club. Jockey J. Scliles-singer lias been ruled off and jockey W. Diinkinsoii lias been indefinitely suspended. The entries of the horses Jessica F. and British Isles have been refused pending investigation of thejr ownership."
