MANAGER FRANK BRUEN IN EAST AGAIN NEW YORK, N. Y October 25. Frank J. Brueii, general manager of Cuba -American Jockey and Auto Club returned to Empire City today, after a visit to Kentucky. While here he will confer with Thomas Monahau, president of the Cuban racing organization, regarding additional improvements at Oriental Park. He will leave for Baltimore tomorrow, to attend to arrangements for shipment of stables from Maryland tracks to Havana, Sunday and Monday next. John Hachmelster, presiding steward at Oriental Park and John McGoodwin accompanied Mr. Brueii from Louisville and will remain for the remainder of the Empire City meeting.
