XOSE DIVE displayed excellent speed and racing CI1EWIXK into defeat hold on gamely when challenged. CIIEWIXK set the early pace fast, but tired in the last eighth. TIMBREL llnished resolutely. SAGACITY rushed into the lead and, setting a good pace, held on gamely in the linal drive. FIRST PULLET ran well, but tired In the final eighth. ESCAEFOLETTE was always badly beaten.
