PROPOSE NORTHERN CIRCUIT ST PAUL Minn February 21 Horse racing is to be revived by members of the American Legion in Minnesota and South Dakota it was announced following reports received here of a meeting of legionnaire horse racing enthusiasts at Flandreau S I IA A circuit consisting of Flandreau Brook ¬ ing and Madison in South Dakota and Slay ton and Pipestone Minn was proposed Another Minnesota town is expected to be added to the circuit circuitTentative Tentative plans provide for opening at Flandreau on June 12 Three days of run ¬ ning races and a mile and a quarter Derby will be held in each town
